HISTORY

Passionate about excellent childcare now and in the future…

Owned and run by Sue Adamson, Hopscotch Nursery opened in 2004. The centre was based on Sue’s genuine passion for delivering a first rate nursery service that she would be proud of. Since the centre opened in the autumn 2004, the nursery has been extremely well received by the local authorities, community and most importantly, the children and parents that are currently here.

A perfect location to start off your child’s development…

The St Anne Street centre was chosen due to its excellent facilities and location. With a selection of free parking spaces for parents, large open areas for children to play and a child-proof outside area, the centre was designed to satisfy the needs of those who join us each day.

A little bit about Sue…

Sue Adamson has lived in Liverpool nearly all her life and has spent many years in the childcare industry. With two children of her own, aged twenty and fourteen, she has plenty of stories to tell…

Before deciding to open Hopscotch, Sue and her family thought they would see the world... in fact all of it

Before her eldest son started school, the family back packed around the remotest islands you can imagine, choosing the ones furthest away from the western civilisation.

As a family woman, Sue’s main aim was to create a nursery with real values...

Sue is extremely passionate about delivering an excellent standard of childcare to each and every youngster in her care and most importantly ensure that each child is given the best possible development support.
